Program Overview
The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a day program designed for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient care but don’t require full hospitalization. It offers a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychiatric evaluations, and individualized care planning to address your specific needs.

Each Session Includes
Check-in & Crisis Management
(30 minutes)
Welcome participants, brief updates on progress, and emotional check-in. Build self-awareness, track progress, and foster accountability.
Mindfulness Exercise
(15 Minutes)
Focus on the present moment through techniques like deep breathing, guided imagery, body awareness, and promoting calm and mental clarity.
Psychoeducation
(2 hours)
Help participants understand their diagnoses, learn how the brain and emotions interact, and explore evidence-based tools for managing symptoms.
Skill-Building & Coping Tools
(90 minutes)
Focus on acquiring new skills to handle daily stressors, such as Communication skills, Problem-solving techniques and Conflict resolution.
Process Work
(90 minutes)
A safe space for participants to share experiences, challenges, and successes with peers under the guidance of a therapist.
Reflection
(15 minutes)
Brief wrap-up, sharing of progress, and group affirmations.
