Perfect for people who need extra care during those tougher stages of recovery. It provides a solid middle ground between the full-time support of inpatient programs and the more flexible outpatient options, giving you the structure you need while still letting you live at home.
Program Overview
The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a structured, day-program approach designed to provide a higher level of care for individuals struggling with substance use. We use evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Medically-Assisted Treatment, psychiatric evaluations and case management.

Each Session Includes
Check-in & Crisis Management
(30 minutes)
Welcome participants, brief updates on progress, and emotional check-in. Address urgent situations such as severe emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, a relapse, or an acute mental health episode.
Mindfulness Exercise
(15 Minutes)
Focus on the present moment through techniques like deep breathing, guided imagery, body awareness, and promoting calm and mental clarity.
Topic Focus
(2 hours)
Discussion and education around key concepts (12-step principles and Seeking Safety trauma-informed interventions).
Skill-Building & Coping Tools
(90 minutes)
Interactive exercises, group discussions, and role-playing to build practical skills.
12-Step Work & Support
(90 minutes)
Focus on step work (e.g., steps 1-12) with a trauma-informed approach. Guided discussions on applying 12-step principles in daily life.
Reflection
(15 minutes)
Brief wrap-up, sharing of progress, and group affirmations.
